Claudia will take you on a Tour to discover the Winery.

While walking in the vineyards and visiting the wine cellar, Claudia will tell you the story of the farm and wine production from land working to bottling. It follows the wine tasting in the charming room with breathtaking views and home made cured meats and local cheeses.

We share our experience in foods with our guests, to give them suggestions and tips to set in motion their creativity.

Cooking classes are organized at the farm.

The course starts at 10am in the traditional tuscan living room of the house and lasts about 3 hours, with a small break / aperitif with wine and home-made cured meats. A complete meal is prepared, starting with bread followed by the starter, homemade pasta with sauce, second course and dessert. Once the preparation is complete, we move on to lunch with the dishes prepared together and with wines paired with each course in the suggestive panoramic room.

The idea is to share our experience with the guests, that, once back home they can reproduce the same recipes with different ingredients.

Each participant will have a personalized recipe book and an apron.
